The former chapel has been lovingly transformed into a stylish holiday home, featuring gorgeous decorative work, original wood panelling, and thoughtful, hand-crafted design elements throughout. Enter the property via the porch area, with its attractive pitch pine panelling, before moving through to the impressive kitchen/diner. This contemporary, sociable space boasts a double-height ceiling, beautiful arched windows, along with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. Enjoy informal dining at the central island, or gather around the large dining table for dinner parties and special occasions with family and friends. Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room. Also on the ground floor is an inviting king-size bedroom with its own en-suite wet room. Heading upstairs to the mezzanine level, discover a light-filled living space, again with striking arched windows and original decorative work on the ceiling. Here, you’ll find an array of comfortable seating, a TV, and music station/bar area. There’s also a multi-use games table, providing endless entertainment throughout your stay. The mezzanine level is home to a cosy double bedroom with antique timber flooring and an en-suite shower room. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs on the top floor, and are set under a sloping ceiling. All three bedrooms are decorated in a contemporary style and enjoy far-reaching rural views. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with stunning screen-printed tiles, and the final bedroom has a free-standing bath within the bedroom and a separate WC. Rounding off the top floor is a desk area, should you need to catch up on some work whilst away, and a clic-clac sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest if required.
Outside, dine alfresco on the open-aspect patio on a balmy summer’s evening and take in your peaceful surroundings. The property has private parking for four cars.
