This lovely cottage, set in an idyllic and peaceful Ringstead hamlet, with an easily accessible shingle beach, is a wonderful choice for families or friends who want to explore the Jurassic Coast and the many attractions in this part of Dorset. It’s set mid-way between Weymouth (7.5 miles) and Lulworth Cove (11.5 miles), with the market town of Dorchester 9 miles inland. There’s so much to do in the area, starting with invigorating walks on the beach, only 100 metres from your front door, or perhaps even a dip in the sea. There is also a nice café just a short walk away. Take a look at the Osmington White Horse, carved into the hill 5 miles inland, or head into Weymouth for the Sea Life Centre, Nothe Fort and Greenhill Gardens. Admire the incredible scenery at Lulworth Cove and the famous rock arch at Durdle Door, or visit Corfe Castle or the Dorset Adventure Park, both 19 miles away.
