This charming Cornish cottage, tucked away in the peaceful town of St Columb Major, offers a welcoming retreat only 7 miles from the sandy shores of Newquay. In St Columb Major itself, you’ll find everything you need right on your doorstep (within 500 metres) – from tempting pubs with lovely food offerings, independent cafes to handy local shops and takeaway options for evenings when you don’t feel like cooking. Head to nearby Newquay for golden beaches, amusement arcades, surf schools, ocean-view dining and plenty of seaside fun. Or head across to Padstow for some epic crabbing, a speedboat tour etc You could even lace up your walking boots and take in the countryside on nearby footpaths, with the spectacular South West Coast Path 5.5 miles away. Whether you’re venturing north towards Trevose Head Heritage Coast or south to Newquay and Perranporth, the scenery never disappoints.
