This inviting property offers space, light and comfort for a relaxing family holiday, sleeping six guests in the peaceful village of St Teath. An award-winning holiday destination set in the North Cornwall countryside, this charming village promises a slower pace of life and stunning scenery. Just 3 miles from the coast, the South West Coast Path connects you to endless clifftop vantage points, hidden coves and beautiful beaches. Discover the tranquil stretch of sand at Trebarwith Strand (4.5 miles) or take a day trip to Polzeath (9 miles), a seaside resort with a renowned surfing beach. A little further along the coast lies Padstow (11.5 miles), a foodie haven filled with eateries owned by celebrity chefs and known for its impeccable seafood. From Padstow, embark on the Camel Trail, a long-distance cycling route that takes you inland towards the wild beauty of Bodmin Moor (4.5 miles).

Finished to an immaculate standard, this stylish single-storey cottage is sure to impress from the moment you arrive. The main living space is a capacious lounge/kitchen/diner, set beneath a vaulted ceiling and filled with natural light that creates a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. The bespoke kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with chefs in mind, while the cocktail bar tucked in the corner of the lounge invites someone to shake up drinks as dinner is prepared. Outstanding. The build quality is superb. Interior design, clearly there's artistic flair but tastefully done. It tooke us a while to work out how to have enough light in the cooking area of the kitchen but by trying out every light switch including the recirculation unit above hob we got it

Olive Tree is a lovely spacious modern house, with everything that one would want from holiday accommodation. It is very well furnished and stocked, with all needs catered for. The owners Paul and Debbie are delightful and very helpful and caring.
