Stepping inside this snug and cheery cottage, the characterful open-plan lounge/diner offers a warm welcome. The bright and spacious lounge has a cosy wood burner alongside a Smart TV and comfortable seating, including peaceful window seats. Separated from the lounge by the staircase, the dining area has a handsome central dining table as well as exposed stonework and a desk in case anyone needs to catch up with work or write a few postcards. The ground floor also features an elegant bathroom with a lovely free-standing roll-top bath, a separate walk-in shower and WC, there is also a handy second WC off the entrance hall. Heading upstairs, you will have a choice of three delightful rustic-style bedrooms, all with traditional beamed, sloping ceilings: there’s a cheerful super-king-size room, a relaxing double and a lovely single.

Stepping outside, there’s a small terraced garden and a lovely enclosed south-facing decked area providing a cheerful space for sitting back and enjoying a BBQ together on a sunny evening. Parking is available outside the cottage for 1 car.

Ideally situated for access to the A389, 10 minute walk to Wadebridge and literally next door to the pub. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge seating and comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Downstairs bathroom with separate bath and shower. Outside space is limited to a wooden terrace which does get sunshine during the day aRead morend some seating outside the backdoor. Parking is on a driveway with good access albeit the roads are small and tight around this part of the town. Hide
