As you enter this modern semi-detached property, the hallway leads through to the kitchen on the right and straight ahead to the sitting room/diner. The light and airy sitting room seats up to four guests on the large comfortable sofa and chair which surround a Smart TV, perfect to watch or stream your favourite shows. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy a breakfast while planning your days adventures. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. There are two bedrooms upstairs on the first floor, a double room and a twin room, both with plenty of storage space for your belongings. Both bedrooms share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and WC, perfect for freshening up after a long day exploring.

The patio door leads from the sitting room onto an enclosed patio area complete with garden furniture, ideal for sipping on some cocktails and enjoying a spot of al fresco dining while you plan tomorrow’s adventures. There is private off-road parking for two cars to the rear of the property with additional access through the garden.

Lovely little house, with a short walk to the sea and to local shops. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Good to have enclosed back garden and parking space at rear of house. We hope to visit again.

A really good holiday let. Clean, comfortable, though a choice of softer pillows would be a real bonus. Everything worked, a very short walk into the high street. Safe enclosed garden for the dogs. Would recommend it for two people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at Turnstones. Dog friendly with a secure garden, off-street parking and proximity to the town centre are must haves for us and Turnstones met this requirement. On arrival the cottage was spotlessly clean - I would say the cleanest ever we have experienced. A big "thank you" to the housekeeper. The welcome Read morepack was much appreciated - nice to have more than just a carton of milk and a few tea bags. Turnstones is small, but good use is made of all of the internal space. It was perfect for the 2 of us plus dog. Plenty of walks from the door, Tesco and Sainsbury's 5 minutes walk away and loads of coffee shops/pubs within the same distance. Dave's Fish Bar has the best fish and chips we have ever. The agency were responsive to the issue raised during our stay, although the engineer didn't manage to attend, our enjoyment wasn't impacted; but hopefully the problem will be resolved if/when we return, which we would have no hesitation in doing. We loved this little house, had all we needed and more. Totally enclosed rear garden was perfect for doggies, despite being very near to the high street the house was incredibly quiet. The parking was very much appreciated as the town was super busy and it was good to know that we would not need to worry about finding a space! Very quick walk to tRead morehe shops and a 5 mins walk to the sea. Lots to do in Sherringham and the surrounding area. We would 100% come again and recommend to anyone! Hide

A lovely modern exceptionally clean house - beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you may need. Perfect quiet location just a few minutes walk to the centre of Sheringham. The town itself is really nice with plenty of cafes, pubs, bars and local shops. Overall it was ideal for us and our dog and I would recommend it.

Five stars all round! And we would endorse all the other positive comments made. High quality bedding, and towels so new they left grey fluff all over after use! The owners deserve credit for creating such a super holiday experience let. We are sure we will be coming back.

Wish it could have been longer, what a lovely home from home. Had everything I needed Towels provided and 2 toilet rolls provided upstairs bathroom and down stairs toilet also plenty of towels provided also a few sachets of coffee and sugar provided Also a lovely welcoming pack including bag of crisps few cookies and also a box of assorted biscuitsRead more and a bottle of juice. Nice house not very old but damage caused by wear are not being sorted right away off road parking just off the high street pubs, chippy and shops 5 minute walk

Enjoyed a great week at Turnstones, what a lovely home from home. We had everything we needed and the property was nicely decorated. Very secure garden our two dogs loved the outdoor space. Short walk to the town centre and on site parking both very convenient. Would recommend and would love to stay again if we were in the area, Sheringham and NortRead moreh Norfolk are beautiful. Had a lovely stay here, good welcome pack which is always appreciated arriving after a long drive. Property close to High Street with some very nice independent shops. Pebble beach just a short walk away. Went to Wells which had a huge sandy beach.

Lovely house. Meticulously maintained and spotless. Close to all amenities and very well equipped with good quality linen and kitchen equipment. We had an issue with the settee being very low and seats very deep, but that was our only problem

This property is comfortable and very close to Sheringham. Plenty to do in the area, especially if you like walking. It's is a great location.

We choose this property for its excellent location in town for access within walking distance to the High Street, supermarket, restaurants etc. We also chose it as it has off road parking.

A lovely comfortable cottage. Great location. Have stayed two years in a row, so must be good. One or two minor glitches which were promptly and efficiently sorted by the holiday company.
