The first room you will find yourself in is a bright and spacious family kitchen which is very well equipped, with Rangemaster induction range cooker with 2 electric ovens, large Samsung fridge freezer, fully integrated dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, cafetiere, dualit kettle. Large refectory table with 6 chairs. Stone floor, underfloor heating and double doors into the garden. The lounge has cosy oak flooring, an open fireplace and Chesney wood burner, two comfy sofas, armchair, coffee table, foot stools, flat screen tv with Freeview and Netflix and DVD player. After a long day of exploring, take the stairs up to the first floor. The master bedroom features a super king Hypnos bed and Headboard Workshop Company headboard, ample built-in wardrobe storage, chest of drawers, bedside table, reading lights and en-suite shower room with walk-in grohe rain shower, console sink and WC. The second bedroom is a twin room with two comfortable Silentnight full size single beds, built-in wardrobe, small set of drawers, bedside tables and reading lamps. The third bedroom offers a small double John Lewis framed bed, table, reading lamp and built-in wardrobe. There is a large family bathroom on the first floor with roll top bath, perfect for a long soak after a day’s exploring the beautiful North Norfolk beaches and coastal paths.
With underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators upstairs controlled by HIVE thermostats as well as a log burner in the living room, the cottage is warm and toasty during the cooler months and throughout the year filled with light all day long.
A shingle driveway to the side of the cottage provides private off-road parking for 2 cars. There is a gate to a secure, fully enclosed garden that is safe for dogs and children. The garden is also accessed via double doors from the kitchen. Garden table and chairs for 6 people, 2 Parasol umbrellas, 2 reclining sun loungers.
