Masham is a popular town sitting in lower Wensleydale. There is so much to do in the local area, there's little need to travel far afield. Masham is home to two local breweries and a gin distillery, book a tour around and sample some beer or gin where you can distil your own handcrafted bottle of gin. The town itself boasts four public houses and a choice of venues to dine in. It has one of the largest market squares in the country, with market days on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You are perfectly placed for discovering all of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks and the quaint market towns of Richmond (14mi) and Leyburn (11mi).

Stepping inside, be greeted by a very cosy lounge room with a log burner at its heart. The large comfortable sofa creates a space to enjoy a movie on the Smart TV or on a rainy day a board game. The lounge is open to the bright and spacious kitchen/diner which offers excellent social space with stone floors and a large table to gather around at mealtimes. Sit at the table, drink in hand while the chef of the group prepares a Yorkshire feast, perhaps with some produce from the market. the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, 2 electric ovens, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Enjoy a post-dinner coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine. There is a handy utility room that houses a washing machine and tumble and also a great space for wet coats and muddy boots. When it's time to turn in, there are four bedrooms to rest your head; a downstairs king-size bedroom with a feature fireplace, take the stairs to the remaining three bedrooms; a king-size, a double with private en-suite bath/shower over and WC, and finally a twin room. The main bathroom is beautifully finished with a bath should you want to sink into after a long day walking or an invigorating shower and WC.

Step outside onto the patio paved with Yorkshire flagstones, the enclosed patio offers a seating area that is perfect for supper outside or a lazy afternoon. There is also secure storage for your bicycles. On-street parking subject to availability
