This comfortable property is an ideal romantic bolthole if you're looking for a break by the sea. With tranquil views of Southwold Common, beautiful walks right from the doorstep, and sandy stretches of beach nearby, Far View Two offers location in which you can both relax and explore. Set within a mile of the bustling high street of this seaside town, there is a lovely selection of independent shops and eateries nearby, as well as Southwold Pier and its historic Lighthouse. Catch a foot ferry over to the village of Walberswick, which runs daily in the summer. There are other beaches nearby too, including Dunwich Beach (9 miles away) and Covehithe (5 miles away). The Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers a variety of picturesque walks, such as Dunwich Forest or Dunwich Heath (9 miles away).

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

The flat itself is very nice and in an excellent location. Good size living and bedrooms with everything one needs except somewhere comfortable to sit. TV is limited in its offering.

The apartment is in a good location. It was clean, well equipped and very quiet. The bed was wonderfully comfortable though the sole sofa we found to be almost unusable and there was no other comfortable seating. The place needs a complete updating and refurbishment. The decor and flooring feel dated. The outside space is one small table and 2 chaiRead morers, both of which were dirty. They are supposed to be shared with the other flat but this would be impossible. Hide

Really lovely property which was very central to Southwold high street - which made access to the town and beach really easy. It was also lovely to be near the common which was great for dog walks and just lovely to look out on. We had a fabulous holiday and I would definitely stay at Far view two again.

Probably the best property that we have stayed in at Southwold, the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Apartment had everything needed for a chilled and relaxing holiday.
