You’ll be spoilt for choice with hundreds of cafes, restaurants and bars within 0.5 miles. Art lovers will enjoy the National Railway Museum and York Art Gallery (both 1.5 miles). If you fancy a countryside jaunt, Castle Howard’s grand house and gardens (15.5 miles) make for a stunning day trip. Keen to pull on your hiking boots? The landscapes of the Howardian Hills (13 miles), North York Moors (24 miles), and Yorkshire Dales (28 miles) are ripe for adventure, with trails and views galore.
