Home from home holiday accommodation. Everything you needed was available and the owners Karen and Jim were very helpful. We would have no hesitation with visiting again.

This was our first foray into holiday cottages after over forty years of caravanning and we were not disappointed. The Cottage - West Hall. A lovely cottage in a quiet area, plenty of space for 2 adults and a Labrador. Everything we needed, lovely conservatory seating area plus a lounge with a fire which warmed us after a long wet day! Kitchen was fully equipped, bedroom was spacious with an en-suite. Made a late booking and what a great choice we made. Karen and Jim the owners are lovely people, not forgetting their 4 collies. Karen make a lovely ginger cake. Cottage very cosy, clean and homely. Very cosy little annexe attached to the owners home, quite peaceful and cosy , the owners were extremely friendly and helpful , delicious gingerbread and fresh eggs left for us , thank you . The only negative was how small the kitchen was , but we ate out most of the time

This is a beautiful property in a very quiet and peaceful location.The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and care into setting The Annex up and its very homely. We are already planning when we can return next year.

Fantastic week spent in the cottage annexe in August 2025. Hosts were exceptional, very welcoming, friendly and helpful with advice on days out. Accommodation was outstanding, feeling very much like a home from home. Very relaxing environment set in a small hamlet with local amenities a 10 minute drive into Brampton. This was a really lovely cottage, everything one needed was there. It was exceptionally clean with everything to hand. The owners were very pleasant and friendly and gave good advice on where to visit around the area and dog walks. Most enjoyable stay and would love to return in the future, my husbands health permitting.

We were fortunate enough to be the first couple to stay in this very lovely cottage and we really enjoyed a great holiday! A cosy, comfortable and relaxing cottage, well set up for two people. Beautiful area and very peaceful too.
