We had a wonderful stay at Biggin Croft. We came to do the Three Peaks and this was a 10 minute drive to the start point. It was a 25 minute stroll to a great pub (Game Cock Inn) and an hour walk to The Old Dairy which had great cheese, pizza and wine. The accommodation was probably the cleanest accommodation Ive ever arrived at, and also the moRead morest well stocked. Its a lovely, cosy cottage and I would not hesitate to stay again, and have already recommended to a friend. Hide

A great week for us, dry weather during the day fortunately. The location is wonderful, the Dales High Way is on-the-doorstep so we could have day long walks from the cottage without having to drive anywhere, there was fantastic outdoor space with an engrossing view which we used every evening, it was the first space we spent time in, we had breakfRead moreast outside three days. There was no need to drive far to visit the places we wanted, Ribblesdale has a wealth of countryside and managed natural attractions to enjoy if we're not walking the dales. The cottage is a wonderful conversion, a compact space for a couple but a very well thought through refurbishment that makes use of all the space, gives us everything we need, even the WiFi works really well and its on a hillside in farming country which is saying something. Once the sun had gone down and we were indoors we were comfortable and happy. Even the car parking space was incredibly generous. The location actually gave us a lot of space even though its a small cottage, the sense I got while there was one of space and peacefulness. Access is narrow country lanes but that is what it takes to be in a location like that. Hide
