A bright and spacious four-bedroom house that enjoys a prime spot right in the heart of Looe. With room for up to eight guests, this beautifully presented home is fantastic for a trip with extended family. You’ll have the harbour, shops, beach, pubs and cafes all within 0.5 miles, making everything delightfully walkable. Set on the West Looe side, the house is ideally placed for foodies, with the town’s famed seafood restaurants just across the bridge – you can watch the fishing boats bring in the day’s catch, then tuck into a memorable dinner nearby. East Looe Beach (0.5 miles) is a hit with little ones and grown-ups alike, with soft sand, safe swimming and its very own cafe beside the Banjo Pier. Fancy a wildlife adventure? A boat trip to Looe Island, just 1 mile offshore, gives you the chance to spot grey seals and seabirds like cormorants, oystercatchers and great black-backed gulls.

On arrival, step into the welcoming lounge which has a large corner sofa for relaxing after busy days out in the fresh air. This flows through to the open-plan kitchen/diner, equipped with a range cooker for rustling up feasts and a wooden table for sitting down to meals together. When it’s time to settle down for the night, head up to the first floor, where you’ll find a shower room and two comfortable bedrooms – a twin and a double. A second staircase takes you up to the top floor, home to a lovely king-size bedroom, a double room and a stylish bathroom complete with a freestanding bath, WC and an elegant tiled floor – excellent for those indulgent holiday soaks!

Double doors from the kitchen lead straight out into the garden, which is just the ticket for sunny breakfasts or evening drinks. An elevated deck with garden furniture makes a lovely spot for relaxing and chatting with fellow guests. Parking available in Quay Car Park 2 minute walk away.
