Upon entering this delightful, contemporary barn conversion, a former stables and artist's studio, you are welcomed into the spacious hallway, with access to the cloakroom, the lounge, lower ground floor and upstairs spaces. Directly ahead you will find the first of the bedrooms, a tastefully decorated king-sized bedroom with black metal bed and its own en-suite shower room with a fine reclaimed washstand. On the same floor the lounge takes in the sunshine over the vaulted stairs from the large floor-to-ceiling window at one end and at the other a view of the apple tree and the courtyard. With comfortable seating, a wood burner and a Smart TV, this space is perfect for cosy evenings. Heading upstairs to the top floor, the landing area offers up a cosy, sunny reading nook, adjacent to the second king-size bedroom. The lower ground floor is open plan and the perfect space to socialise, either gathering around the dining table or relaxing on the sofa. The modern kitchen is shaker style with island and quartz worktops. There is ample space to prep a feast for the whole group. The final bedroom is also on this floor, a cosy 4’ double with an en-suite shower room.
