Inside, the lodge is a stylish and inviting space, thoughtfully designed for comfort and quality time together, with superfast Wi-Fi. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects the lounge, kitchen, and dining space, making it easy to relax, cook, and socialise. Two additional twin rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with one convertible to a super-king-size bed on request. For those who love to cook outside, the Hook and Cook BBQ holders provide a hassle-free way to grill up a feast using disposable BBQs. We had a good time at the lodge It is a great lodge, very clean, well equipped, a lovely quite location. We all enjoyed it was good to have a relax, and kick back. One of the best, well functioning hot tubs we have had in a while

We had such a wonderful stay at Heron Lodge, Roadford Lake Lodges. The lodge was beautifully presented and well equipped. The position was gorgeous with field views which was appreciated while in the hot tub. We had some wonderful walks around Roadford Lake and enjoyed the cafe quite a few times. No need to travel anywhere really in the car once Read morethere but we did venture into Okehampton and Bude which both are worth visiting. Hide

Beautiful lodge in an idyllic, peaceful setting right by the lake. Perfect for walks , activities on the lake. Really nice cafe just a short walk away serving food, drinks and tasty ice creams. Lots of country pubs restaurants not too far away should you not want to cook. You have all the luxuries of home in Heron Lodge plus the relaxing hot tub peRead morerfect after being out for the day. Would 100% recommend this property for your break. Hide
