Twizzletwig is an ideal base for those seeking a quiet, relaxing holiday in truly rural surroundings; lovely countryside views across the valley can be enjoyed from the lounge / kitchen and large enclosed garden.  Just a 10 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach at Treyarnon and the coastal footpath which provides some of the most breath-taking and spectacular views. The enclosed South facing garden provides an ideal setting to enjoy the sun all day, perfect for a lunch time or evening barbecue. The thoughtful finishing touches will make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door, making you want to return again and again.

Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), wall mounted Smart TV, chest of drawers, bedside table, chair and single wardrobe. En suite Shower Room: Duel head thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, bedside table. 
Bathroom: Bath (duel head thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6''), double chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, wall mounted Smart TV, hair dryer.
Lounge / Kitchen / Diner: 55'' wall mounted Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, electric Range Cooker with 6 ring gas hob, Smeg fridge / with freezer compartment, dishwasher, wine cooler, breakfast bar, countryside views.
Utility Room: Washing machine, microwave.
Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, w.c. (please note there is limited space so it quite tight)

FIRST FLOOR:
Snug: Dressing table with stool, 2 arm chairs and a small balcony with stunning countryside views, Smart TV and Nintendo Wii.

GARDEN & PARKING: Large driveway parking for 2 cars (owner also parks here). Owner's accommodation in unobtrusive, fenced and private corner of the front garden. The enclosed rear garden is surrounded by Cornish hedging and is mainly laid to grass with a few mature shrubs, large patio, garden furniture, barbecue and extensive countryside views.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Gas & Electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h throughout, underfloor heating in lounge / kitchen / diner, utility and shower room. heated towel rail bathrooms & shower rooms; hot water top up by electric immersion.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). 
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired -see hire page.

Lovely cottage. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Ideal location. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the sunny garden.

Our third visit to this property and was not disappointed. Comfortable, clean, spacious as always and one of our favourite places to holiday. Very close to Treyarnon Bay and Padstow. Look forward to our next stay.

Twizzletwig is the perfect holiday home. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Quiet and comfortable. Exceptionally clean and Lesley (the owner) only next door. The garden is a wonderful size for sitting out on summer evenings and big enough for kids to play in. All the rooms are well appointed and the kitchen has everything you might need. Read more Weve stayed in lots of cottages across Treyarnon and Constantine bay and this is by far the best. Would highly recommend (oh and dog friendly too) Hide

A lovely cottage in a wonderful location less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. The view across the fields watchng the weather and the wildlife from the kitchen window each morning makes this a perfect place to get away from the noise of city life.
