Straight out the door from this amazing apartment, you will be in the centre of Keswick and its fantastic selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Delve into the best local fare the Lakes have to offer with a visit to the twice weekly markets, or soak up some culture and visit the theatre. The famous Derwentwater is only 0.5 miles by foot or 1.3 miles by car, a fantastic spot for relaxing boat trips or thrilling water sports adventures. Further adventures lay waiting to be discovered in the Lake District fells of Skiddaw (5 miles), Helvellyn (8 miles), and Scafell Pike (12.5 miles).

Enter via the rear door from the parking space and follow the shared hallway to reach the apartment on the ground floor. Walk into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you’ll spend much of your time relaxing and appreciating the views across Skiddaw and Latrigg fell in the distance. Curl up on the sofa or armchairs in the lounge area to catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped for all your catering needs. Off from the hallway are the two bedrooms, a master king-size with a Smart TV, a separate dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom, and a twin room which can be made up as a super-king-size and has an en-suite shower room.

Whilst there is no dedicated outside space at this property. There is private parking for one car.

Lovely apartment in a good location. Well equipped, very clean, heating set to an appropriate temperature and interior design tasteful. Have now been twice and have booked to go again next year. Highly recommended.

Having availed ourselves of many, many, Lakeland properties, over a period of forty-five years of visits, this was one of the best. Its a shame the bath situation let the rental down.

We had a fabulous time in this apartment. It was beautifully decorated, clean and really well equipped. Great central location close to plenty of restaurants. It was perfect and we cant wait to return.

This property had everything we needed and more. The location for ease of getting into Keswick was spot on as we had everything on our doorstep. We rarely used the car and left it in the parking spot we were given most of the week. This is the best place we have ever stayed in, in the Lake District and would highly recommend this property. Very comfy, well provisioned and spacious flat. Quick and easy walking access to all the shops, restaurants and the Lake too. Kitchen is surprisingly well stocked with utensils for cooking. The view over the churchyard is beautiful in May when the Azaleas are flowering.

This apartment was the best we have stayed in. Everything about it was pure luxury - its size was excellent, especially for two couples as both bedrooms have en-suite facilities, its location was in a quiet street overlooking a church, but only minutes walk into Keswick. It was beautifully decorated with lots of lovely pictures and ornaments. The fRead moreurniture was of a very high standard and there was so much space for clothes. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location was great-quieter residential area of town but only 5 minutes walk to shopping and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Derwentwater and Theatre by the Lake. Really useful to have parking.
