Head into the welcoming lounge where you will find a cosy, open fire set in the original feature fireplace and wonderfully comfortable seating where you can settle back after a day exploring the area to watch your favourite shows on Smart TV. From the hallway, head through to the light and spacious, open-plan kitchen/diner/second lounge. The lounge area has more comfortable seating where you can unwind with your coffee and a book or watch a little TV. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for anyone preparing a tasty meal and a useful kitchen island adds to the food preparation space. The large dining table will comfortably seat six guests so you can enjoy a leisurely meal together indoors in the cooler months with electric blinds at the windows for cosy evenings, whilst the wall-to-wall bi-folding doors open out to the large garden for indoor/outdoor living on warmer days. There is a downstairs WC off the hallway.
