This property is ideally located at the end of the esplanade in the village of Fowey and is just a short walk from the town quay, pubs and restaurants. Ready Money Cove is also a short walk away with sandy beach and rock pools. Enjoy a trip to Polruan on the passenger ferry or travel to the village of Mevagissey on a small ferry, a pretty, coastal boat trip. Slightly further afield, some attractions worth a visit and fun for all the family are the Eden Project, Hangloose Adventures, Charlestown, one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. For the walkers amongst you there are countless beaches and coastal walks all within easy reach.
Leading up to the property is a small flight of stone steps. Stepping inside the front door you will find the spacious, bright and airy conservatory/entrance hall with space to drop off your coats and boots, here you will also find a table and chairs. Head through to the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, the ideal place to prepare a family meal or lazy breakfast. From here, go through to the lounge/diner, the perfect space to enjoy a meal around the dining table with seating for 8 or relax in the lounge area with comfortable seating and TV/DVD, where you can watch your favourite movie after a day of exploring. When you’re ready for a good night’s sleep head to one of the three bedrooms, a double, a bunk bedroom (suitable for children only) or the spacious super king bedroom with additional single bed, from this room you can also access the balcony. On the first floor there is also a separate WC and the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside through the super king bedroom to the large balcony with views across the river to Polruan with garden furniture available. There is a private parking space opposite the property for one car.
