The traditional coastal town of Swanage has a great range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants lining its sandy beach. The town has a backdrop of rolling hills, making it a great choice for those wishing to walk. The South West Coast Path, Ballard Down, and Durlston Country Park are all within easy reach. A steam railway line runs from Swanage to the charming village of Corfe Castle, which is home to castle ruins in the care of the National Trust as well as picture-postcard streets to explore. You can enjoy visiting the many attractions that are within 14 miles, including Monkey World, The Tank Museum, RSPB Arne, Studland, Tyneham village, and the walled town of Wareham.

Set on the second floor of an apartment building newly built in 2022, this contemporary property is accessed via a shared staircase. Once inside, you are met with a generous hallway with the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner leading off it. This inviting room has a kitchen area with a central island set to the rear of the space, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There is space to dine just opposite and a comfortable lounge area with Smart TV. Heading back into the hallway, you will pass a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer before coming to the bedrooms. There are three to choose from: a twin, a double, and a king-size room with a TV and an en-suite shower and WC. There is a bathroom adjacent which has a bath, separate shower, and WC. Due to the setting within the eaves, there are areas of restricted head height throughout the property, especially the bedrooms, where care should be taken when moving around the beds.

The property is accessed through a shared path from the parking area to the rear, which has an off-road space for one car. There is no outdoor space, however, green spaces and the beach are within walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at Jonathan's place. The flat is really well equipped and was spotlessly clean. It's in a great location a short walk from the sea front and the town centre. I would definitely stay there again.

This penthouse flat is very comfortable and was sparklingly clean. Location was ideal - the view of the sream trains in the distance a bonus. Plenty of good quality equipment both in the kitchen area, plus soft and stylish doorstops, a big smart TV and comfortable seating and beds. Welcome pack Dorset teas, real coffees and biscuits appreciated.

Yet again we had a wonderful time at the amazing apartment. Comfortable, very clean, very well equipped. Lovely and close to the beach and town centre. Perfect place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Apartment was beautiful, beds very comfortable and well equipped. Good to have second TV in main bedroom. 10 mins to the beach/town. We enjoyed going via the station and watching the coming and going of the steam trains plenty to see. A good sized Coop at the station was very useful. Also recommend football golf just 3 mins from flat. Didn't miss nRead moreot having an outdoor space as so much to do in the area and the beach do close. Hide

We had a wonderful stay at the flat!Its decked out to a fabulous standard.The owners have thought of everything.The flat is every bit as good as it looks in the photos!Loads of room for 4 adults and 2 small kids.Eaves werent really a problem.The visitor notes were also very useful. This was our second time staying at Victoria Heights and we absolutely love it there - location is great, all creature comforts catered for and flat is just ideal for a large family wanting a holiday by the beach!

Clean, modern and spacious . Close enough to the beach and town. Three generation family of six with two infants had a wonderful holiday.
