A very spacious house with well equipped kitchen and utility room. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms just right. Our favourite room was the conservatory from which we saw muntjacs, pheasants and squirrels - a delight. Luckily the heating had been left on as the weather wasn't the best - very windy, rain, hail and a little sun! We did use Read morethe woodland path to get to the town but preferred the road because of the weather. The house is convenient for buses with stops at the hospital just around the corner. We didn't get out as much as usual because of the weather but we found plenty to do in Cromer and enjoyed two visits to Sheringham. We found everyone very friendly and helpful. Hide

A lovely family property in a great location and an easy walk to the beach and town. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. The large garden is great for adults to relax and there is plenty of room for children to run around. We would definitely choose this property again if returning to the area.

Such a perfect place to stay, so quiet, so clean, comfortable, with everyone you need. It was lovely just walking up behind the property, through the woods and you're on the coast. A lovely pheasant and deer also came to visit. If this property hasn't been booked, then book it !
