Great cottage, very funky. Need to be very fit to go up hill to carpark! Lanes into Polruan are not easy in dark. Great location to go over to Fowey on foot. Very relaxing stay.

The accommodation was very nicely and comfortably furnished. We felt comfortable there. Surfaces were a bit dusty and sticky. The beds were clean and comfortable. The furnishings were a mix of IKEA and high-quality pieces. The location of the accommodation is very good.

Close to amenities the cottage is ideally situated for visiting neighbouring villages such as Fowey and Looe. Ideal for hiking as the hills are tough going for the unfit or struggle to walk long distances.

Great location in Polruan, and works perfectly for a summer holiday. Perhaps a little noisy next to the road, but it's charming and well appointed. Thank you for our stay.

Nice place located centrally in Polruan, handy for the ferry, walks, pubs and shop etc. There's no parking but we found space on the quay for our 3 day stay. Unloading and loading can be tricky as you have to block the road !. The cottage is pretty much next door to Polruan Stores - handy for anything you might need but not great for total peace anRead mored quiet givendeliveries of fresh bread etc each morning before 7. We had an issue with the hot water on day 1 but Charlotte sorted it brilliantly ! Hide

A really lovely cottage which we would also recommend to friends! Everything was perfect, but you need to know that if you choose a cottage near the sea, that seagulls may be noisy early in the morning and that the ground floor is at the bottom cooler and it is slightly humid. First and second floor is than warmer and less humid. But that conserns Read moreall cottages at the coast in such cute villages.
