This well-presented townhouse is the ideal choice for anyone looking to explore this popular and traditional seaside resort. The Pavilion Theatre on Cromer Pier boasts annual summer and winter shows, drawing crowds from near and far and you'll often see the crab boats being dragged up at the foot of the gangway, a perfect reminder to sample a fresh crab sandwich. The town has a great choice of shops, as well as a superb choice of independent restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh locally caught seafood. If you have kids in tow, there’s crazy golf, and families will love a day trip to Amazona Zoo. Other seaside villages and towns that are a must-visit include Holt, Sheringham, Cley and Blakeney which are all within 13 miles, and keen golfers will enjoy two nearby courses, Royal Cromer Golf Club and Sheringham Golf Club (within 5 miles).

This contemporary-style townhouse is set over three floors. The ground floor is home to the kitchen/diner and offers the designated chef all they could possibly need to lovingly prepare anything from a light breakfast to a hearty evening meal. When dinner is ready, serve it up at the dining table for a sociable meal. Completing the ground floor layout is the convenience of a downstairs WC. The first floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a double bedroom. The bedrooms come with ample storage space to hang your clothes and store any personal belongings. Completing the first floor is a family bathroom, ideal if you’ve been on the beach all day or you need to revitalise your senses in the mornings before heading out for another day of Norfolk adventures. Heading up to the second floor, you can find the spacious lounge which has two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, ideal for an evening in with a good movie.

From the kitchen/diner, there is a small courtyard area which has seating for those who wish to enjoy some drinks in the evening. There is a single garage and off road parking for a small/medium car.

Great location - close to shops/beach/pubs Lovely welcome bits (coffee/tea/juice/harribo/crisps) Good size bedrooms but I would recommend the owners investing in new mattresses especially in the front room as everytime I moved the mattress would squeak! I would recommend the owners leaving some fans for the hot weather to make the stay more enjoRead moreyable Hide

Thankyou for a v.nice stay, v.clean cottage and well situated. Quiet and comfortable & sunny. Liked the outside area. Well equipped, though more hanging space in bedrooms would have been nice. One downside is the garage parking which is extremely difficult/impossible for a big car. We have a medium sized MG4 and I had great difficulty with very litRead moretle room. Also, some trouble with some people blocking us in, ignoring the parking restrictions, but this wasn't a major issue. Much enjoyed holiday. Hide

The location is great. It's situated just a few seconds walk from the High Street and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The pier is no more than 5/10 mins walk away.
