Situated within an award-winning luxury development on the site of Fowey’s former station master’s house, this chic second-floor apartment overlooks Caffa Mill, the Bodinnick Ferry and the river. Enter the apartment building at ground level, then take the stairs to the front door of this elegant second-floor retreat. A welcoming hallway leads on to a beautifully designed open-plan living space that’s full of natural light. High quality furnishings and equipment. Very modern and clean. Owner has provided everything one needs including instruction manuals neatly in folders. Refreshing to find an owner who really pays attention to detail. Quiet location which is good for sleeping and conveniently close to the town centre. We would definitely recommend it

Beautiful apartment and very clean and modern. We watched the ferry every morning having breakfast on the balcony. Stunning location and recommend to anyone for a short or longer break. We will return again.

Well located for all Fowey amenities - the allocated, easily accessible, parking space is a real bonus, especially since you do not need to drive through the town to get to it. Very comfortable and well appointed.

The apartment is in a really good position for getting around Fowey. There are plenty of good restaurants , cafes for everyone,s taste. The apartment is very clean and cosy. We even got to sit out for a short time on the small patio. We had a minor issue but it was very quickly addressed by both Holiday Cottages and the owner which was very impressRead moreive. Excellent apartment in an excellent location with the added bonus of a parking space. The property is finished to a high standard and has everything you need for a great holiday. Please note though that the property is near the ferry which starts at 7am but for us the low level noise wasn't an issue. Plenty of nice shops, pubs and restaurants in FoRead morewey and it's an excellent base to visit Cornwall. Hide

Fabulous accommodation, very well situated just next to the Bodinnick Ferry with on-site parking, which is a rarity in Fowey. Very clean, warm and cosy. Extremely well equipped with crockery, cutlery and pans, although we eat out most nights. Our favourite restaurants were Sunny Spice & Sam's.

This is an immaculate apartment, attractively presented, well equipped and comfortable . It has beautiful views across the estuary towards Bodinnick. It's location is perfect for exploring the town with It's winding streets, shops and cafs. Having an allocated private parking space is a real bonus. A great property in a great and interesting location with constantly changing views of the estuary. Fowey has so much to offer in a beautiful part of the country. Having dedicated parking with the property was essential.

For us, there is nothing really to improve upon. We stayed at 5 different locations on a South-West driving trip and this accommodation was by far the best. The flat is spacious, very well equipped with everything you might want to use or cook with. Everything worked (perhaps an expectation for normal holiday rentals but not so common). The unRead moreit was full of light and very well naturally ventilated. We worried it might be too hot in the current heatwave but all the opening windows and balcony allowed it to cool easily. Parking also very useful in this town. Having a meal in the unit seeing the small ferry pottering across the Fowey River was a serene outlook. There is a carpark in front, but we still found the outlook fabulous. An excellent rental - the best unit we have stayed at in quite a while, well-cleaned and clearly well looked after by a thougtfull owner. Very highly reoommended as a base in Fowey from which to explore Cornwall. Hide

A well located apartment in a safe and secure building with its own private parking spot. Spacious, very comfortable accommodation with views over the river right where the Pendennick ferry crosses. We had fine weather so the outside sitting area was a real bonus. Eateries all within walking distance

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location and really handy to have the parking space. The apartment itself is clean, new, beautifully decorated and well equipped. I loved the shower in the en-suite, it had fabulous water pressure, and the beds were comfortable and firm (I suffer from back issues and had no problems whilst staying here). We also enjoRead moreyed time just sat on the balcony watching the world go by. Great location for catching the ferry and for walking into the town to the shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Just be aware that there are a few short sets of stairs to the apartment and it is a little bit of a walk from the car, so may be a bit more tricky for those that are less mobile or who may struggle lifting luggage up stairs. This did not cause us a problem at all and we had a lovely time. Fowey itself is lovely with a good choice of places to eat out, good walks, beautiful bays close by, good also for paddle boarding (you can launch from next to where the ferry is not far from the apartment -although no where to store these in the apartment so had to deflate after each use - note you should pay 20 for an annual license to register your SUP with the Fowey Harbour Commissioner - this can be done online). We would definitely recommend the location and the apartment. Hide
