Tucked away within the heart of the North Cornwall countryside, beside the owner’s residence, this cosy escape provides the perfect bolthole for those looking to enjoy the best of Cornwall and Devon alike. Nearby activities include strolls around the scenic Tamar Lakes (0.5 miles) and surrounding woodland, whilst for those looking for golden sands, turquoise waters and a slice of relaxation, Bude provides it all, just 8 miles away. Enjoy time on Crooklets or Summerleaze Beach before heading up into town to enjoy the array of shops and eateries on offer. There are also plenty of other coastal spots to take in on your adventures as you make your way either south or north on the coastline and into North Devon where you will find beautiful spots in Hartland Quay (13 miles) and the cobbles of Clovelly (14 miles).

Stepping into this homely cottage, you will soon feel right at home with the array of creature comforts on offer. The kitchen on your left hosts all the appliances needed for a stress-free stay, whilst the dining table provides an ideal spot in this warm, light space to sit with that morning cuppa and plan the day’s adventures ahead. Heading into the lounge, you will be happy to see a warming wood burner, perfect for those chillier evenings when you want to relax in front of the TV with a streaming facility. Continuing your way through the home will bring you past the contemporary shower room and into your king-size bedroom. This area hosts plenty of clothing space with additional hangers in the hallway.

As you make your way outside, guests are blessed with a private patio and seating area, where you can cook up a BBQ at your pleasure, whilst guests also have full use of the shared garden, which is a wonderful size for four-pawed friends looking to burn some energy. Private secure parking with electric gates for one car is provided.
