This spacious family home, set within glorious countryside with private gardens and woods, can accommodate up to eight people - perfect for a large family or a group of friends looking for somewhere really special to get together. The sand-and-shingle Seaton Beach is a short drive away, where you can relax with a picnic, spot wildlife, go fossil hunting or simply enjoy the tranquil views. In bustling Looe, 2 miles, you’ll find an array of boutiques and eateries, and you can take a sea safari from the harbour to see seals, dolphins, cormorants and more or enjoy the sandy beach. Polperro, also 2 miles, is just along the coast, with picturesque fisherman’s cottages clustered around its pretty harbour. Take little ones to Wild Futures’ Monkey Sanctuary, just 0.5 miles from the property, or Porfell Wildlife Park, 10 miles. Adventurers will enjoy Adrenalin Quarry, 6 miles, where you can launch from a cliff on a 50-metre zip wire, enjoy go-carting or the huge aqua-park. The world-famous Eden Project is 18.5 miles.

This impressive stone cottage has original features that include flagstone floors, beamed ceilings and stone walls. Step into the cosy lounge, with a wood burner and a Smart TV. For quiet times with a novel there’s also a reading room/study with an ornamental fireplace and shelves full of books. The kitchen boasts an AGA range cooker as well as a tabletop electric hob, an air fryer and a microwave, with an adjoining utility room where you’ll find the fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.  There is a spacious separate dining room with ample space for all to enjoy sociable meals together. Across the hallway from the lounge is a film room with large Smart TV. Two shower rooms with WC complete this floor, with a back staircase leading to a yoga and art studio with a doorway out to the garden. The main stairs from the front of the house lead to the bedrooms; a master king-size with views over the front garden plus a further 2 spacious king size bedrooms and a twin room - all with their own individual character. On this level there’s also a large family bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate shower. A staircase leads from the kitchen also leads to the floor with the bedrooms.

The outside space is stunning!  The pretty front lawned garden leads on around to the side and back of the house, where you'll find a fire pit with seating to a higher tear with a covered swing bench seat. Outside the kitchen/utility room there is a patio area with dining furniture.  A further lawn area is perfect for children to play and has a swing and climbing area plus a pretty woodland area with walks to explore.
