Don’t miss The Devil's Cauldron, a stunning waterfall just 1.5 miles from the property on the Glen Lednock Circular Trail. Head to Loch Earn (6 miles away), where the family can enjoy a range of water sports, including paddleboarding, kayaking, and sailing. The area is also known for salmon and trout fishing, with permits available from the post office in St. Fillians village.

Step into this characterful period cottage with a wonderful Tower extension and be greeted by a welcoming hallway for storing outdoor clothing after a day of exploration. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy twin bedroom alongside a conveniently located shower room. Next, make your way into the well-equipped kitchen and continue into the dining room. Cosy up by the Smart TV, and a picture window offering beautiful garden views, it's a wonderful spot for relaxed meals and unwinding. A set of stairs leads from the dining room to a snug studio area, where a large picture window frames stunning mountain views. Here, you can sink into the comfortable sofa and get lost in one of the many books available. Returning to the hall, head upstairs to the bright and airy living room, where a wood burner adds warmth and a Smart TV provides all the entertainment you need. Also on the first floor is the master king-size bedroom with a stylish en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find another welcoming twin bedroom which completes the home.

Outside, there’s a fully enclosed, mature garden where you can enjoy al fresco dining, bird watching or fire up the charcoal BBQ for a relaxed evening under the stars.
