This superb house is ideal for large groups, perhaps families looking to make memories together or friends celebrating a special occasion. Children and pets can romp in the garden and there’s a games room for indoor fun. The great location is another bonus – the house is just 2.5 miles from Bude and its fabulous amenities. Head for Summerleaze Beach, a hub for surfing and water sports, where little ones can swim safely in the sea pool. You can hire a rowing boat or pedalo to explore the canal and, in the sand dunes above, The Castle Heritage Centre hosts exhibitions, art galleries, a cafe and a shop. Walkers can stroll out along the coastal path, while keen riders will want to try Broomhill Manor Riding Stables, 1.5 miles. The family attraction of the Milky Way Adventure Park is just 14.5 miles. offering a fun day out for all.

The detached house is finished in a sleek combination of white render and pale timber cladding, with dark-framed windows as a counterpoint. Inside, there’s room for everyone to relax and recharge, with a choice of the ground-floor lounge or the first-floor snug, both with TVs. The former also has a wood burner – perfect for the winter months – and floor-to-ceiling glazed sliding doors to the garden. Anyone feeling more energetic can try out the games room in the converted garage, which is home to a multi-functional games table, darts board and a handy fridge. The kitchen/diner is another gorgeous room, with a bright and breezy coastal feel. Here the cook will have all they need for creating delicious feasts, including a range cooker and a food mixer. The breakfast bar for two is just the spot for a morning cuppa, and there’s a long dining table by the window which seats ten for times you all want to eat together. Also on this floor are three of the five bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double and a zip-and-link twin (can be made up as a super-king-size on request at time of booking). The latter two share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. On the first floor, you’ll find a further a double bedroom and one king-size bedroom, one with a sumptuous free-standing bath in the corner of the room (soak in luxury as you enjoy the view) and an en-suite shower. Completing this floor are the snug and a second family bathroom with a separate shower and bath.

Slide open the patio doors and step out into the large, enclosed garden. The shaded patio is furnished for al fresco mealtimes, and the generous lawn is ideal for children and pets. For sandy feet, there’s a handy outdoor shower, and for the ultimate indulgence spend time in the relaxing hot tub. You’ll also have the benefit of off-road parking for up to three cars.

We had an amazing stay at the house it really exceeded our expectations. The garden was lovely and well kept, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and the games room, which made it great for relaxing and spending time together. What a lovely place to stay for the weekend . We had everything we needed . Its a spacious property with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone s comfort . The kitchen was excellently equiped and there was a very personal touch with a lovely hamper of local produce waiting for us when we arrived . The hot tub was perfect and the garden was Read morea great size we were lucky with the weather and managed to sit out on the garden furniture on saturday afternoon . We booked this property for a weekend away with our 3 children, their partners, baby granddaughter and a dog and it was perfect for everyone's needs. We particulary loved the big kitchen table to eat and chat together at the end of the day. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you'd need. The games room was a little small to play poolRead more but everyone enjoyed playing table tennis, air hockey and darts and the hot tub was lovely after a busy day.
