Very good location, (as long as you have a car OR are fit enough to walk up/down steep hills) Lovely to have a garage so don't always need car but know you have somewhere reserved and secure to come home to, well furnished and equipped and nice balcony to sit and watch the world go by in the evenings. The apartment is really well-located and the parking space is great. The view from the balcony is great and as we had unexpected sun it was much appreciated. The flat is well-equipped and has more than enough space for 6 adults if the weather is not the same as ours! We have booked for next year already...

The apartment is well equipped and immaculate, the views from the balcony are stunning and you are only a stones throw from the harbour with a great selection of restaurants and bars. A very useful feature is the secure parking with remote access and a lift.

This was a lovely clean apartment with great location and stunning views. The only negative comment i have is the noise from the apartment above. the excessive loud stomping and scraping/moving of furniture in the early hours Saturday, Sunday and Monday night, made it impossible to get any decent sleep. We really enjoyed our stay at A4 masts apartment. The email giving instructions was very clear and precise. The information pack on arrival was very helpful. The car park was very secure and well lit as was the whole building. We had a slight problem with the heating because I pressed the wrong switch but someone came to sort it the same day.Read more The property itself was really nice. We particularly liked the open plan living. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The view is spectacular and some evenings we would turn all the lights off and watch the world go by from the balcony. We also really liked the bath with plenty of hot water after a day walking the coast path. The bed was also really comfy after walking the coast path. We chose to leave the car in the secure car park and use public transport because it is really good. Hide

What a wonderful apartment and location - the views across Tor Bay and into Torquay were excellent. We were fortunate too to have sunny bright days in October. The instructions received for access to the property worked very well including access to the secure car park. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need in terms of pots, pans, cRead morerockery, cutlery, utensils and appliances. This property had the best prepared kitchen we have seen when staying in a self catering property. Thank you so much for all your thoughts in this area. The bedrooms were very well presented too; the beds were extremely comfortable and very welcome after a long day hiking and visiting the surrounding area. The wardrobes were huge with lots of storage along with the provision of chests of drawers, bedside cabinets and dressing tables. Storage solutions were plentiful and after unpacking felt truly like home away from home. There were games available if you have children (or not); and a selection of DVD's and CD's available in the lounge. Instructions were available in a property guide re the bathroom under floor heating and towel rail switches which was very useful. Also provided were recommendations for local restaurants. The walk through the gardens and down the Royal Terrace Rock Walk became a daily occurrence, though this may not suit everyone if you have mobility issues with stairs. A lot of the walks back to the property were steep or involved stairs, but if you decide to travel in your own vehicle on a daily basis then there is no problem here. Access to the bus transport system was easy with lots of options for locations and great timetables with services running late in the day. During our stay we drove to Dawlish and walked along the promenade; took the bus to Brixham and walked around Berry Head; took the bus to Paignton and booked the Steam Train to Kingswear where we took the passenger ferry across to Dartmouth; spent a day walking around Cockington Country Park which was also celebrating the apple harvest and lots of activities were taking place. We chose to walk to Babbacombe and take the Cliff Railway to Oddicombe Beach then wander along the Babbacombe Downs, a visit to Tessier Gardens en route was a lovely tranquil experience. During our visit we went to the Princess Theatre for a show, just a short walk from the apartment, and the main reason for our trip which we extended to a week. To sum up: we were delighted with our home from home in terms of facilities, location and communication. Would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in revisiting in the future. Hide
