Set on the hillside amidst a wooded valley, and located on the Millendreath Beach Resort close to Looe, this stylish apartment maximises on the superb surrounding scenery. For the keen walker, there is a beautiful coastal walk to Looe, This popular seaside town comprises a maze of charming streets leading down to a picturesque harbour, and is split into East and West Looe by the river that runs through it, and on down to the beach. Sheltered from the west by the famous Banjo Pier and overlooked from the east by the hillside of Mount Ararat, East Looe Beach is 3 miles away and boasts wonderful golden sand perfect for sandcastles, and a quintessentially seaside promenade. From the beach, hop aboard a fishing trip or journey out to Looe Island, a wildlife sanctuary home to grey seals and seabirds; there’s even a glass bottom boat to observe the local marine life.

The contemporary open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room boasts plenty of natural sunlight from the large patio doors at the rear. The kitchen runs along one of the walls, with a high-standard finish as well as everything you might need to get creative with your cooking. A stylish dining table set is nestled next to the kitchen, leading to the bright and light lounge which features plenty of comfortable seating as well as a Smart TV. back through the apartment, you’ll find one double bedroom benefiting from an expansive picture window framing the distant sea views, plus another cosy double bedroom. A fully tiled family shower room completes this well-appointed apartment.

Outside, you’ll find a generous decked terrace surrounded by far-reaching sea views, providing the perfect spot for you to dine alfresco to the sound of the distant coastline. On site, you can enjoy access to a cafe, beach bar and beach club that offers equipment hire and tuition for a range of water sports. There’s also a handy launderette.
