Sleeping 12 guests, the chic five-bedroom property marries cutting-edge, 21st-century design with exceptional luxury and comfort. With features including a hot tub, cinema room, and expansive, glass-fronted deck, it captures panoramic views out across beautiful Combesgate Beach and the dramatic coastline. Amble just 200 metres from the house to surf, swim, picnic, and potter in rockpools. Magnificent Woolacombe Beach, with its stretching golden sands, is just 0.5 miles from the house, and has opportunities for paddle boarding and kayaking, as well as surfing. Keen walkers might like to follow a section of the South West Coast Path, including strolling 1.5 miles out to the National Trust’s Morte Point. Venture 6 miles into colourful Ilfracombe to meander through the shops, dine out and spend time on the famous Tunnels Beaches, accessed through the cliffs.

Wander through, discovering its exceptional, ultramodern interior design and unique touches at every turn. Head into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and open the glass doors to the decked terrace to bring in a sea breeze and further pull the views right into this chic space. Pause at the breakfast bar to enjoy a cup of fresh coffee from the integrated machine or sink back into a soft seat and gaze out towards the sea. Enjoy dinner at the solid oak table before watching the Smart TV in here or ambling through to the cinema room, where you and your friends and family members can sit down to movies in front of the impressive screen. There is also a lovely snug, with a glass lantern roof and a wood burner to fire up on chilly days. The children in your group will enjoy their own space, which comes complete with a PlayStation4 Pro. There is also a WC downstairs. A floating, glass-balustraded staircase will take you up to the first floor of the property where the sumptuous bedrooms and stylish bathrooms are located. Three of these are king-sizes, all with en-suite shower rooms and glorious sea views. Two have balconies that you can step out onto and the third features an incredible floor-to-ceiling glass wall, walk-in wardrobe, Smart TV and Juliet balcony. Also upstairs are the splendid family bathroom, with its sleek, freestanding bath, and two delightful bunk bedrooms, one with one set of bunks and the second with two.

Enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living as you stroll out onto the large, decked terrace. Fire up the hot tub, pop open a bottle of chilled fizz and lose yourselves in the awe-inspiring views. A fabulous location and a great, spacious house perfect for large family gatherings. Needs a few tweaks in terms of service provision by the owner to make you feel as special as the high price you pay but nothing that couldnt be sorted quickly.

Beautiful house. Weather not conducive while we were there but we were all very cold - particularly in the bedrooms. Couldnt get any heat out of the radiators upstairs. Actually left a day early as we were so cold. Would be great in summer or with better control of heating. Unloading and getting belongings up in to house so a bit of a struggle for Read moreelderly or infirm. Hide
