Situated in a tranquil, car-free area within the heart of Brixham, this accommodation is perfectly placed for a peaceful getaway by the sea. Vibrant Brixham boasts a working harbour where restaurants serve the catch of the day, and cafes, pubs, shops and galleries buzz with visitors. You can enjoy the South West Coastal Path and lovely walks across the cliff tops. Bring your buckets and spades and enjoy family days on the beach. There are several beaches within easy reach, including the town’s main Breakwater Beach (0.5 mile), the peaceful St Mary’s Bay (1 mile) and Shoalstone Beach (0.5 mile) with its tidal pool. Further afield, the towns of Torquay (9 miles) and Paignton (5.5 miles) are popular destinations with visitors which can be reached by foot ferry. Other attractions such as Kents Cavern (10 miles), Paignton Zoo (5.5 miles) and Woodlands Adventure Park (10 miles), are all worth a visit.

Nestled on a quiet pedestrian street, just 100 metres or a two-minute walk from Brixham harbour. Stepping through the front door, you are greeted by a bright and attractive, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner – the social heart of the home. The lounge area is a relaxing space with a comfy corner sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking up feasts for the group, who can gather around the dining table. From the kitchen, head downstairs and into a utility area with a washer/dryer and access to the enclosed courtyard. From here, head into a snug lounge which has a comfy sofa, bean bags and a Smart TV, a perfect space for a movie night. Completing the lower ground floor is a family shower room. Head back to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and up another staircase to the first floor where two welcoming bedrooms await – a double room and a cosy bunk bedroom. A family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath completes this floor. The final bedroom, a king-size room, is found on the second and final floor built into the eaves of the property and is accessed by steep cottage-style stairs with restricted height. From the Velux windows, there are harbour views.

Outside, relax in the enclosed sunny courtyard garden with outdoor furniture – a perfect spot for your morning brew, or maybe dine alfresco at the end of a fantastic day. Although no private parking is available, unallocated, on-street parking is available in the surrounding residential streets, and in nearby public car parks (local charges apply).
