Stretched between the property and the coast, the vast Norfolk Broads National Park offers acres of waterways and impressive scenery. Discover the best of the area from Wroxham (16 miles), perhaps taking a guided waterways tour. Hosting up to 25 guests, this incredible holiday home is spacious both inside and out. Art is a major focus in the interiors, with artists frequently staying at the residence and decorating the space throughout.

Step inside to be greeted by the reception room boasting a fully stocked bar, ready for your stay. From here, move into the drawing room, which features a projector screen for your own cinema screenings. A separate ‘butler’s bedroom’ space offers versatility and can be used as a guest bedroom if wished but comes as a snug in the first instance. This space is also designated as a dog-friendly room when visiting with pets. When it comes to mealtimes, discover the large kitchen with an AGA and a relaxed dining space. For more formal mealtimes, head into the designated dining room, which seats 26 guests. Elsewhere on the ground floor, a utility room and a walk-in pantry add extra convenience, and a retro arcade-style gaming room provides fun entertainment for rainy days. Throughout the property, you’ll find nine impressive bedrooms, each is spacious, comfortable and inviting. On the first floor, you’ll find five bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the second floor offers a further four bedrooms and two additional bathrooms.

As if the interiors weren’t impressive enough, this property truly shines outside. The large garden features a sprawling lawn, a tennis court, basketball pitch and a hot tub. the house was great for a family of all ages - we had enough space to cater for young and old and al had a great time - the hot tub went down very well with the kids and the treasure hunt was a really nice touch
