Located less than 0.5 miles from the heart of Niton, this family-friendly cottage provides an excellent base for a fun-filled holiday on the Isle of Wight. Niton is a lovely village with a pub, local shops, and a traditional tearoom – perfect for an afternoon treat or stocking up on essentials. As the UK’s oldest amusement park, Blackgang Chine (2 miles) offers a mix of magical theme park rides, pirate adventures, and dinosaur experiences that kids will adore. For beach days, head 4.5 miles to Ventnor, a delightful seaside town known for its sandy beach, quirky independent shops, and a fantastic selection of cafes and pubs. The nearby Ventnor Botanic Garden (4 miles) is another gem, showcasing exotic plants in a beautiful, peaceful setting. For walkers and cyclists, the area boasts access to scenic trails along the Isle of Wight Coastal Path, offering stunning vistas of the island’s rugged cliffs and rolling countryside.

Step into this charming retreat, where at the entrance, you'll find hooks and space for coats and shoes to keep everything organised. From here, you’ll enter the heart of the home: the central dining area with its flagstone floor and exposed stone walls. This sociable space connects to all the ground-floor rooms, making it ideal for family gatherings. To the left, you’ll find the main living room, a welcoming haven with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a wood burner to warm up on chilly evenings. Back through the dining area, there’s a second snug sitting room, offering an intimate space to unwind with its own Smart TV and wood burner, leading you to the spacious and bright kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, and you’ll also find a handy utility room, a downstairs shower room, and access to the garden. Upstairs, the thoughtfully designed layout continues with a family bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The master king-size bedroom is a true sanctuary, complete with an en-suite bathroom. Another king-size room offers an en-suite WC, while a third king-size bedroom provides a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Completing this floor is a delightful twin room for children or additional guests.
