We had a lovely stay in this house over the New Year period Fortunately, the weather was quite good as well, which made it even more enjoyable for the long walks at Widemouth bay The house was generally very comfortable The boot room was a particular bonus for the dogs and our outdoor clothes The master bedroom was very comfortable Well equipRead moreped kitchen We didnt need to light the wood burner as the Heating was very efficient and kept us nice and warm and the hot water system was excellent to cope with 8 of us having showers, etc Just one point, a note that the twin bedroom would not be suitable for people over 57 although the mattresses on those beds were comfortable (just a little restrictive lengthwise) We would definitely stay again Hide

The cottage is located in a great place, easily accessible by road and not too far from Bude and Widemouth Bay. The weather was not good for our week but I can imagine dining outside with the views across Cornwall, watching the sun setting would be magical. The cottage furnishing were not to our liking but it was a base for a weeks holiday. The cotRead moretage could be an amazing holiday home but for the furnishings. We wouldn't stay in this property again due to the furnishings but we noted a great deal of very positive comments in the visitor book. The gift basket on arrival was a nice touch and the kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything you need. Hide
