We have enjoyed holiday rentals for nearly 40yrs. Usually we have been blessed with lovely welcoming packages, disappointing Harnser cottage didn't even provide basic tea, coffee and milk, for when we arrived, first thing we had to do was go shopping.

This is a very clean and well located cottage about five minutes' walk from the town centre and a couple of minutes' walk from the sea. It is warm, and equipment provided is good quality. Wifi and phone reception were excellent. It's a great base to explore Sheringham and the wider North Norfolk area. The stairs really are incredibly steep as deRead moreclared in the property description, so this would not suit someone with significant mobility problems. Hide

Beautiful house and within walking distance of the main high street and seafront. Would definitely stay here again. Christmas decorations and a tree were also put up which was a lovely extra and made us all feel very festive.

What a beautiful house in an amazing location, we've had a lovely week and the weather was very kind. The house was quite literally minutes walk to the town/beach and Tesco/train station the other way. Very comfortable property and very clean. Beds were very comfortable as were sofas. Walk in shower was very ideal due to my father being elderlRead morey and not as nimble as he once was. Given it is a pet friendly property and we also brought along a dog, there was no evidence of pets, cleaned to a high standard between guests. We would definitely rebook on a return to Sheringham. Great location for walking around Sheringham and exploring North Norfolk. A clean house with bonus of a parking space, but not for a large car! Really comfy beds & good bathrooms, stairs steep but manageable.

Harnser cottage was finished to the highest standard. Bathroom tiling and fittings were all fitted to a really high standard, and were from 'quality' manufacturers. It was very clean in general; but as is usually the case in my experience, the cooker wasn't particularly clean inside! But no complaints really, I've been in alot worse ! The only thinRead moreg missing maybe was that there was no shaver socket in either of the bathrooms. We had a really good week at the cottage and were well-satisfied and sorry to have to go home eventually. Hide
