The house is very well located, being a short distance from the lovely town. We discovered the footpath at the end of the cul de sac which led down to the seafront, and although steep actually only took about 10 minutes. The house is well presented with nice furnishings and a good kitchen area. The view from the balcony is amazing. The views and location are amazing. Its relatively modern with a nice finish. What let it down for us: uncomfortable mattresses, slow draining shower (bathroom floods), frosted glass doors are a nice touch but light comes through if anyone stays up to watch tv, likewise poor quality blinds (and no curtains) let light into bedrooms, all glass/balconRead morey in need of a good jet wash after winter. A lovely, well equipped cottage in a fantastic location with the benefit of off road parking which is a must in Aberdovey. Great balcony with views and gets all day sun when out even in winter.

This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful location. This is our second visit. Well appointed kitchen and lovely to have a parking space and a balcony with views. Great for cyclists as there is a bike wash tap. A short walk to village, uphill on way back. Could do with better cleaning and a few repairs. Will be back in 2026.

A lovely bungalow, well presented with a good view of the bay area. The walk to the harbour is about 5 minutes via the footpath, but would be a struggle for people who have walking limitations as naturally on the hill side, but worth the view from the balcony view!
