A lovely property in a quiet part of a village. Great little pub close by for food and drinks. Really close to Stratford Upon Avon. There a dog hotel next to the cottage but we never once heard the dogs. The owner was easy to contact if needed and answered my questions before arrival. Would highly recommended the property

This was a spacious cottage which was perfect for 5. It had a nice area outdoors for eating and enjoying the hot tub with more room inside in the lounge when it got chilly. Lovely property for our girls trip! Hot tub was perfect and loved the robes provided. Spacious kitchen and living area. Beds really comfortable. Very quiet area, tucked well away from the road. Not much to do in the area but short drive from Stratford. Owner very responsive to messages before the stay.

The cottage was very clean and tidy throughout, and the completely enclosed/covered hot tub was a definite bonus considering the awful weather when we arrived. We didn't realise towels for the hot tub were an extra charge, but this may have been an oversight on our part when booking, and fortunately we had our own with us. Also we had to call theRead more owner to supply logs for the woodburner as there were none when we arrived. However as soon as I contacted the owner about it he brought the logs to us, so no issue there. Just one little point regarding the woodburner - it might be a good idea to have a small supply of firelighters, paper, kindling and long matches in the log basket (or state in the property description that these are not supplied as people may assume they are if logs are supplied), we had to go out and buy these ourselves. This is only one small suggestion for an otherwise beautiful cosy cottage that we thoroughly enjoyed. Hide

Overall, a nicely renovated, clean and spacious property. Having 4 bathrooms, 3 with en-suites was brilliant. A couple of the bedrooms need blackout blinds though. The owner messaged to check if everything was OK which I appreciated. The grounds are under alot of renovation. It wasn't noisy at all but don't go if you are looking for spectacular vRead moreiews. There is also a problem with rats in the area which we experienced during our stay whilst outdoors in the hot tub. We didn't venture out in Wellesbourne itself as we used it as a base for Stratford which was roughly a 10 minute Uber ride. I would probably stay closer to Stratford if I visited again. Hide

It was a nice place in a good location, it was clean and looked to have been recently refurbished. It is a barn conversion so there are some low beams upstairs which might be an issue for some people. Plenty of pubs, food places and shops in walking distance.
