Sleeping up to eight people, and pet-friendly too, this bright and spacious home is located on Atlantic Reach, a superb holiday resort located within beautiful countryside just 7 miles from Newquay and Watergate Bay. Head to Fistral Beach for incredible waves, visit some of the popular town’s many cafes, bars and restaurants, go crabbing at the harbour or take the little ones to visit the zoo or aquarium. Foodies will want to head to Padstow, 12 miles, for its exceptional cafes and restaurants, while lovers of the outdoors can indulge in long hikes or cycle rides through the nearby countryside. For a great day out, the world-renowned Eden Project is just 13.5 miles away, or you could simply stay at the resort and swim or play tennis, mini golf or laser tag, ride a Segway or take the little ones to the soft play area.

Enter the property and into the open-plan living space, which is light, bright and generously sized, with white walls and a coordinated colour scheme. At the far end of the room, the kitchen area offers everything the cook of the holiday will need to create delicious holiday meals, including a microwave and a dishwasher. The dining table has ample space for eight people, and after supper everyone can relax together on the comfortable sofas, perhaps streaming a family movie on the Smart TV. When you start to yawn, rest your head in the ground-floor double with adjacent shower room, or head upstairs to the remaining three bedrooms. The first is a king size with an en-suite shower room and a Juliet balcony that looks out over the resort’s attractive grounds. Completing this floor is another double bedroom, a twin, and a spacious family bathroom with a corner spa bath and separate shower.

On the paved terrace at the rear of the house there is a picnic bench for sunny breakfasts and at front of the house, you’ll find another picnic bench where you can enjoy a tipple or a meal and soak up he afternoon and evening sun. These areas lead directly onto the communal gardens and grounds. There is plenty of parking close to the house

Fantastic property, location and facilities. We throughly enjoyed our stay and everyone wished to stay longer. Everything had been thought of from refreshments for when we arrived to washing up liquid, food wraps, bin bags and toilet rolls. Vast selection of dvds, games and suggested activities. In addition, buckets and spades, balls, beach chairs Read morewere also available. Great space and property had a home from home feeling with lots of attention to home Comforts. The accommodation is beautiful, beds, sofas and kitchen equipment all of a high quality. Plush carpets and thoughtful touches, we enjoyed being in as much as being out!
