Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life at this stylish top-floor apartment in the heart of Ilfracombe, perfect for couples and families eager to answer the call of the coast. Ilfracombe offers everything you’d expect to find in a Victorian seaside resort and features a historic harbour (less than half a mile away) with Damien Hirst’s statue Verity standing guard at the entrance, plus some wonderfully scenic walks along the South West Coast Path. Jump aboard a boat trip from the harbour to spot sea life aplenty along your journey to Lundy Island, renowned for its puffins. Back on dry land, outdoor adventurers can enjoy moorland and woodland walks through Exmoor National Park (12 miles) or ride the water-powered cliff railway from the pretty town of Lynton (19.5 miles) down to neighbouring Lynmouth. The picture-perfect cove of Tunnels Beaches can be reached within half a mile.

At the end of a busy beach day, take the lift to the top floor and head into the entrance hallway of this homely apartment to kick off your shoes and hang up your jackets. Wash off sandy toes in the sophisticated family bathroom before retiring to either the inviting double bedroom with an en-suite WC or the cosy twin, both of which lead off the entrance hallway. The double bedroom has wonderful views across Ilfracombe, and the twin has sea-views. If you’ve got plenty of energy left, head into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that’s flooded with an abundance of natural sunlight thanks to the large set of patio doors. The quintessentially coastal hues perfectly blend into the colours of your wonderful seaside surroundings; lose yourself in magnificent views across the coast as you unwind and dine with loved ones long into the evening. The mezzanine level overlooking the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers a cosy snug that’s the perfect peaceful spot to plan tomorrow’s adventure, stargazing through the beautiful skylights.

Soak up the fresh, salty air on the wonderful balcony with breath-taking sea views across Ilfracombe and beyond. Outside, there is on-street parking subject to availability. The parking is for unloading only April to October, and first come, first served outside of these times.

Absolutely amazing sea views, best yet and in the most comfortable, clean, well equipped, modern and dog friendly apartment. Great that the building also has a lift, paid parking available in the town.

Fantastic flat for a stay in North Devon. The location is brilliant for exploring that coastal area as it has great places either side all within 20 minutes or so and easy to get to by foot car or bus. The flat is great .
