This beautiful barn conversion offers an ideal retreat for those looking to explore scenic walking trails, cycling routes, and the renowned horse racing at Newmarket. Also on the ground floor, is a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a WC. Upstairs on the first floor, the first of the bedrooms, a king-size, is presented with ample storage space and the added luxury of another smart TV. The second bedroom is a twin room and is just as inviting, with soft mattresses and fresh linens. To complete this floor, a bathroom features a large walk-in shower, WC and basin.

The barn is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. There is absolutely every need catered for. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The walks around the barn are so lovely and safe for dogs so definitely 5 stars.
