An immaculate cottage in an enviable position within vibrant Cromer, this enticing retreat will make a splendid base for your North Norfolk stay. Sleeping five guests, the three-bedroom abode sits within 350 metres of an array of shops, eateries and the sandy beach. It is the same distance from the town’s famous, 122-year-old pier. Here you can book tickets to see the celebrated end-of-the-pier show or simply gaze out to sea over piping hot fish and chips or an ice cream. From Cromer, pick up the picturesque Norfolk Coast Path and stride out in either direction. Visit delightful Sheringham, 4.5 miles away, where you can board a heritage steam train taking you through beautiful scenery to the Georgian market town of Holt. Visit the National Trust’s elegant Sheringham Park, 5.5 miles away, or magnificent Blickling Hall, 10.5 miles away. Plan a day trip into Norwich, 23.5 miles from the cottage.

Enter this delightful cottage to find bright, welcoming accommodation that has been beautifully finished throughout. From the entrance, wander through to the inviting lounge, with its parquet-style floor and red-brick and flint feature fireplace. Comfortable seating has been arranged in here so you can unwind in front of your favourite programmes on the Smart TV together between excursions. The lounge flows through to the chic kitchen, where you can make fresh coffee in the machine, prepare a light lunch of Cromer Crab or pop a Sunday roast into the oven. Gather round the table in the adjoining light-filled dining area, with its glass roof and feature flint wall, to enjoy your delicious meal. Also downstairs, are a cosy single bedroom and the family bathroom, with its gorgeous freestanding bath. Your remaining bedrooms, a twin and a spacious king-size with an en-suite shower room, are located on the first floor.

Step out into the patio area with your first cup of tea on warm mornings. This Cromer cottage has the very rare benefit of including off-road parking for two cars.

Booking delayed by one day as the owner had double booked. Arrived to find broken hob, broken radiator and broken wall by outside seating. Sold as a five person holiday. Yet there were only enough seats for five. Disappointed by the holiday experience. Will not book with Holiday Cottages again.
