There is a Freeview TV on the wall and a small seating area where you can chat to the cook, read a book or enjoy a drink while waiting for dinner. The family bathroom is off the dining area with a shower over the 'P' shaped bath and WC. A glazed door leads to the hallway and front door. Off the hallway, you will come to the light and airy, south-facing lounge furnished with comfortable seating, a cost wood burner and TV. There is a window seat where you can perch to observe the visiting birdlife to the front of the property. The two bedrooms are also off the hallway and complete the accommodation. There is a double bedroom with a front garden view and a twin bedroom at the rear and each has a dressing table and TV.
