Or if you fancy more gastro fare the pub at Loders, is just a 15 minute walk away. The area has a wide and varied range of attractions and landmarks including the Symondsbury Estate, Jurassic Safari, the Cerne Abbas Giant, Wayford Woods and Thomas Hardy’s Cottage which are all within 20 miles. There are golf courses at Bridport or 25 minutes drive away at Lyme Regis. This area is world famous for its stunning Jurassic coast beaches, the closest is at Burton Bradstock, either a 3 mile drive or an hour’s hike across the fields.
