Celebrate a special occasion with your loved ones at this exceptionally stylish and sophisticated holiday home in the heart of Cornwall. Sleeping eight people across four bedrooms, this is a perfect accommodation choice for large families or groups of friends who want to explore the untamed beauty of the Cornish coast together. Grab your hiking boots and head off along the scenic Camel Trail (3.5 miles), which passes through the charming towns of Padstow and Wadebridge. Enjoy the stunning views of the Camel Estuary and keep your eye out for gulls and herons. Beach lovers will surely adore spending a little time surfing the waves or at Polzeath Beach (7.5 miles), while wine lovers will enjoy a contented few hours sampling wines and ciders at Trevibban Mill Vineyard and Orchard (8.5 miles).

Take the path from the parking area (there’s room for three vehicles) to this stylish abode, and when you step inside you’ll be welcomed by a spacious hallway with stairs that leads to the first-floor landing and all of the cottage’s four bedrooms. Make your way to the cosy sitting room, which is also on this floor. Slip onto the sofa and make yourself at home before heading to the smart open-plan kitchen/dining area, which features a chic breakfast bar/island. Gather everyone together to eat at the elegant dining table and then head back to the sitting room to catch up with your favourite TV shows. If you’re yearning for a little me-time, lose yourself in a good book in the office, which you can access from the rear garden. At the end of the day, there are three fabulous double bedrooms and one super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower and a balcony to choose from. Completing the layout, you’ll find a chic bathroom that has a shower over the bath.

Start your day the right way with a freshly brewed coffee on the cottages' raised deck. The fabulous outdoor space features seating, a wooden climbing/exercise frame and a fire pit to enjoy on chillier evenings. Some steps lead down to a pretty stream (please supervise children) and private parking is available at this lovely retreat for up to three cars.

Linden Lea is a fantastic house and we would highly recommend it for a holiday. We were a group of 8 adults and 1 dog and the house was big enough to accommodate us comfortably, giving everyone their own space as well as lots of space to socialise. Everything is finished to a high standard, and the whole property has a luxurious holiday feel. The lRead moreiving room and kitchen-diner in particular are both a really generous size, with lots of seating so everyone can socialise and eat together. The kitchen was very well-equipped - we could cook full meals for 8 in it easily. The garden is absolutely beautiful - lovely mature trees and planting, very secluded, and a great size for our dog to run around in. The location is excellent - the street itself is quiet, but it's easy to walk into Wadebridge, and it's a good base to drive into Padstow, Tintagel, the Eden Project etc as well. We would definitely stay here again. Hide

Linden Lea is a well equipped, large family house in the lovely town of Wadebridge. The master bedroom has a good sized en-suite with twin sinks, a dressing room and a balcony. Unfortunately the weather wasnt nice enough for us to enjoy the large garden and decked area. We can imagine the outdoor space would be perfect on a warm summers day. The hoRead moreuse suited the six of us and our 3 dogs perfectly and was just a short walk into town and a short drive to local beaches. Having a downstairs cloak room and large utility room was an added bonus. Just be careful with the flood defence lip on the drive if you have a low car. Hide
