A favourite for families is to board a steam train at the famous Severn Valley Railway in Bewdley (14 miles) or spend a day at the West Midland Safari Park (15 miles). Tenbury Wells (6 miles) features listed buildings, independent shops and inviting eateries. More popular local hotspots include Leominster and Ludlow, both of which are within 17.5 miles, and Bewdley, a riverside market town (12 miles). Motor enthusiasts are 6 miles from the world-famous hill climb venue, Shelsley Walsh.

Wonderful Easter week in Daisy Cottage A week in a very nice cottage in beautiful surroundings, many excursions in the area and to Wales, in the evening watching the sheep and pheasants in the neighbouring paddock, absolute peace and quiet. What more could you want? The cottage is very well equipped, it is very cosy and clean, everything has beenRead more thought of and it is also very suitable for dogs. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We travel a lot around England and have stayed in many cottages, this is one of the best we have stayed in. One word describes Daisy Cottage and that is superb. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The owners were discreet but on hand if needed. Over the past 50 years we have stayed in many self catering cottages, and Daisy Cottage is definitely in the top 5.
