This spacious seaside escape in the heart of St Merryn, is perfect for families, friends, and canine companions alike. The property is situated only 3 miles from vibrant Padstow, where you can enjoy a day at the harbour, spend time browsing the variety of shops, and try some of the many excellent eateries. From here you can also hire a bike and cycle the Camel Trail, head out on a fishing trip, or take the ferry over to Rock and walk to Pentire Point for its fabulous views. For family days out, Camel Creek Family Adventure Park is just 5 miles away, Springfield Fun Park is 10.5 miles away, and the aquarium and zoo in popular Newquay – plus its many shops and places to eat – are 11 miles away.

All the bedrooms have restful beds with timber frames and ample storage.

When you feel like some fresh air or perhaps an al fresco meal, step through the patio doors in the kitchen/diner and enjoy the enclosed garden, which boasts a strip of lawn and a patio with a BBQ and dining furniture. The best equipped holiday home we have stayed in, literally everything you need for a lovely holiday. Great location and spotlessly clean and comfortable. We will definitely be booking again!

Lovely property in an excellent location. The house has a high spec, is well equipped, comfy and clean. There is an enclosed garden which is great for dogs. Its in an excellent location with pubs, restaurants and shops just around the corner. We did some lovely costal walks straight from the house with several beaches to choose from. There is also Read morea bus stop just yards from the house which takes you into Padstow, avoiding the need to find a parking space! Overall an excellent property that we would highly recommend!
