The owner, Lin, was very welcoming and friendly. The farmhouse was perfect for our family of 10, cosy and spacious and having the 5 bathrooms was ideal. The location was only a short drive from the attractions that we wanted to visit with the children. We would certainly recommend this property to friends and family.

The accommodation is in a beautiful location on a working farm. The rooms were exactly as shown on the website, stunning. I have say this is not always the case but certainly were in this case, in fact probably undersold how good they actually are. Were there for my daughters 50th birthday as a family group of 10 which was more than comfortably accRead moreommodated. Lin the owner had started a wood burner in the lounge which was a lovely start to the stay. The kitchen was a superb area for the family to sit around and was more than stocked with cutlery, plates, dishes etc. The area has some lovely places to eat, which Lin kindly recommended to us. All in all a superb place to stay and would recommend without hesitation. Hide

Lovely large reasonably priced farmhouse with many rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen dining area was superb for communal use and a very sociable area and next to the main lounge. The kitchen was extremely well serviced with everything you could for cooking. An extra fridge would have been useful but the owner I think was sorting this for the futuRead morere. It was great to have Sky on the large TV and we were able to record some important sports games that our group wanted to watch. There is a nice pub 20 minutes walk away (the Chequers) which is good for the odd meal out if you don't want to drive. We hired a boat on the Broads and it wasn't far away to get to. We also visited the National Trust property Blickling House which was really nice. Holt is a superb town with great independent shops not too far away as well. Hide

What a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, spacious and so well equipped. What was so unusual for a property of this size is that there were no bad rooms - they were all stunning and very well appointed and having a bathroom per bedroom, even if two weren't technically en suite, was a real bonus. I particularly enjoyed soaking in the huge rolltRead moreop bath on Christmas day - how decadent! Lin, the owner, was amazing. So welcoming and thoughtful and was on hand for anything that we needed. She had decorated the house beautifully for Christmas which made it really special. I would definitely love to stay here again. Hide
