This fabulous property is nestled in a convenient, yet rural location, just 12 miles from the Blue Flag beach of Widemouth Bay, the vibrant seaside town of Bude and the beach at Crackington Haven with access to the South West Coast Path, making it an ideal base for couples seeking to explore the area while relaxing in style. Situated on Route 327 on the National Cycle Network you can explore the region by bicycle or if you choose, head towards Dartmoor and be on the highest point of Southern England within a short time. The ever-popular Padstow, a haven for seafood lovers and home to Rick Stein's renowned restaurant is approximately 30 miles away and the picturesque village of Port Isaac, famous as the setting for ITV's Doc Martin, is about 18 miles from the property. Alternatively, you can venture inland to the market town of Launceston, the ancient capital of Cornwall, located just 7 miles away.

Step inside this cute and welcoming cottage to find the cosy lounge on your right, with a smart TV and a comfy sofa to relax on whilst enjoying a film together. The shower room is directly in front as you enter and boasts a handy shower and WC. To the left is your inviting double bedroom for your stay, with views out over the hot tub and garden. Head upstairs to find the kitchen and dining space flooded with light and incredible countryside views. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for rustling up a lazy holiday breakfast, or a romantic meal for two and the views over the fields into the distance make this the perfect place to unwind together.

Outside you have an incredible space to eat some of those meals al fresco or soak in the hot tub after your day's excursions. There is private parking for one car.

The Byre is ideally located for exploring all along the north coast of Cornwall. The cottage itself is very well equipped, with all the basic necessities supplied. The cottage is perfect for a nice private and comfortable stay for a couple that need time away from the daily stress of life, the area is very quiet and the owners are at hand if needed but respect your privacy, thank you for a great stay we would definitely do it again.

This is a wonderful place to get away to. The hot tub is a real bonus and my husband and I spent several nights in the hot tub looking at the stars. The cottage is very comfortable with everything you need. Our stay was perfect. The location si close to many great walks and beaches in the area. We will certainly be back soon. Thank you

We loved our stay at The byre. The cottage had Everything we needed. It is so cosy. Just a shame we couldn't sit outside and bbq because of the weather! Would definitely recommend

The property is ideally situated in a peaceful location, all seaside places and points of interest were easily accessible. The property was excellently furnished and comfortable. The hosts are onsite readily available to answer any questions or queries. The welcome pack was appreciated. The hot tub was wonderful to use before and after a day out.

Cottage and views were both stunning. Everything there that we needed and more. Very nice extras such as fresh milk in the fridge and bread and biscuits. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again.
