This delightful residence sits along the outskirts of both the characterful Edwardian coastal resort of Seaview and the cheerful village of Nettlestone, providing an ideal holiday retreat for families and groups of friends enjoying a relaxing break within easy reach of the sea. Lying on the edge of the Solent on the easterly side of the Isle of Wight, Seaview has a great choice of friendly pubs, shops and restaurants, and there are two lovely beaches within half a mile. Seagrove Beach is slightly to the north, with a long stretch of golden sands, and is a popular spot for swimming and water sports; Priory Bay runs south, backed by beautiful National Trust woodlands. On the second floor, you will find a stylish family room with ample seating, a TV and a table football table, providing a great space for younger guests to call their own. A useful additional family bathroom rounds off this floor.

From the kitchen, bifold doors lead you out into the fully enclosed garden which offers an ideal space to settle back and unwind in the summer. Set over three tiers, the garden features a furnished patio perfect for dining alfresco. The next tier has a rope-fenced AstroTurf lawn with space for children to play, while the top tier is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a drink in the beautiful summer house.

Absolutely loved our time at the swallows. Beautiful house in a lovely quiet road. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, great bathrooms and great space in the lounge and kitchen. Garden was just heaven. Having the beach and the coastal path at the bottom of the road made it the perfect location for us and the dogs. Would 100% come back Read moreand recommend to others Hide

We had a wonderful holiday with Swallows as our base. It is a lovely house and is very well appointed. It is in a smashing location and the best beaches on the island are only a very short walk away. For marks out of 10, we'd give a full 10.

Really loved the house, the location, the space and extreme comfort. We all loved the time we spent there and the house was very relaxed and welcoming. We typically go out of season to ensure it is quiet and we werent disappointed. We are going to try and book for the same time next year!
